Payment Methods:
We accept Paypal Payment and all credit cards payment supported by Paypal. Simply click on “BUY” and proceed with the instructions.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. We will clearly show you all the costs upfront before you buy, what you see is what you will be paying, there will be no hidden charges.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No, if you don’t have a PayPal account you will be given the option to use your credit card.
Is payment secure?
Absolutely. We use PayPal’s payment gateway, which means information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available). At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.

What is Voucherlicious?
Each day, Voucherlicious bring you the cheapest deal possible in Singapore! From the coolest restaurants, spas, nightspots and leisure activities, Voucherlicious features daily deal on the best stuff to do, see, eat, or buy in Singapore.
Through Group Buy, we're able to pass on great discounts to you. All deals featured will be 50-90% off the normal retail price. You will either receive a voucher from us for a purchased deal via email or in your mailbox.
Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?
Nope - our hundreds of thousands of members make up a big enough group to get the deal. You will probably want to share Voucherlicious with your friends as it is definitely more fun surfing Voucherlicious with friends onboard.
I like today’s deal - how do I get it?
If you like a DEAL you see on Voucherlicious, simple click on “BUY”, before the offer ends at 12pm everyday(or as per the countdown clock). If the minimum number of people signs up, we will charge your card and you will receive an email from us with your electronic voucher or a confirmation email that your voucher has been sent out to your home address.
What happens if the deal does not reach its required minimum number of purchasers?
If not enough people join when the deal ends, then the deal is canceled (and you would not be charged), so invite your friends to make sure you get the deal!
Do I need to use my voucher the same day I buy it?
No. All our vouchers have an expiry date, and you never have to use them on the date of purchase.
I bought a voucher - how do I use it?
Depends on the redemption mode, we’ll either mail you the physical voucher, or you will receive an email from us with your electronic voucher for you to print out and redeem the service. For more details, you can follow the redemption instructions on our confirmation letter.
Can I ask for a refund?
Unlike other coupon websites which typically do not offer refunds for purchases, Voucherlicious totally understands your predicament and provides a refund policy with you in mind. All refund will be made in Voucherlicious credits. However, if you would like to request for a refund in cash or paypal, there will be a 15% administrative charge on the coupon value (or $2, whichever is higher). Refund is subjected to review and approval. Refund is not applicable for vouchers that have expired or redeemed.
Can I buy the voucher as a gift for someone else?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated. To send the e-voucher as a gift, simply select the gift option.
If I do not use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No. We cannot offer store credit or cash back for whatever you do not use.
Can I combine my voucher with other offers or promotions?
No... Unless the voucher specifically states otherwise.
What if the business for my Voucherlicious closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your voucher, we will investigate and make sure you get a decent answer.
I just sent a referral to my friend - now what?
If your friend makes their first purchase, we will send you an email to tell you that we have put the credits in your account.
Can I refer as many people as I want?
Yes!
I received referral codes from three people - do they all get rewarded?
No, only the last code you click on before making your first purchase will generate a reward for the person who sent it to you.
