-Booking is to be made at least seven (7) days prior to departure

-Ferry schedule (on Friday) that falls on Public Holidays (PH) will not be applicable

-Ferry schedule is subject to change without prior notice

-Rates are on twin sharing basis (min. 2pax)

-Voucher excludes seaport taxes (est. S$25.00 per pax including infant)

-Voucher excludes Tanjung Pinang PDF (est. S$5.00 per pax including infant)

-Booking, confirmation and payment of taxes / surcharges must be made by 20 July 2012

-Additional charges for weekend booking: S$30.00 per pax for Friday, Saturday and PH (9-10 Aug, 17-20 Aug 2012); Peak ferry surcharge: S$11.00 per pax for adult/child (Friday to Sunday, including PH)

-Independent Traveller Pte Ltd reserves the rights to suggest alternative dates should the requested travel date(s) is/are not available (ferry/room is subject to availability and confirmation)

-Passport should be valid for at least seven (7) months from the date of departure

-Strictly no cancellation / amendment is allowed upon confirmation of booking

-Strictly no replacement or extension will be given to expired voucher

-Voucher is transferable; buy multiple vouchers as gifts!

-All rooms allow a maximum capacity of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and below.

Package excludes:

-Indonesia Entry Visa (if required)

-Personal Travel Insurance

-Tour Guide / Driver tipping (est. S$2.00 per pax)

-Personal expenses such as laundry services, drinks and etc

Children's Occupancy

-Child with Bed: $S$78.00

-Child with no Bed: S$58.00

-Infant below 24 months: S$60.00 (include seaport taxes/PDF)

Extension of stay

-S$50.00 per pax, twin/triple sharing basis with breakfast (Weekday) from Monday to Thursday

-S$65.00 per pax, twin/triple sharing basis with breakfast (Weekend) from Friday to Sunday

0850, 1500 (daily)

Ferry timings (Departure from Tanjung Pinang):

1010, 1500 (Mon - Fri)

1110, 1700 (Saturday to Sunday, PH)
