Terms of Use

- Non-refundable and non-exchangeable

- Voucher is valid until 15 July 2012

- Travel period: ends 30 September 2012

- Booking/confirmation/payment of taxes & additional charges are to be made before 15 July 2012.

- Expired vouchers after 15 July 2012 are strictly not extendable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable

- Ferry & rooms are subject to availability on a first come first serve basis

- Minimum 7 days advance booking.

- Minimum 2 adults per room (using 2 E-vouchers)

- Triple share / Child with bed options available

- Not valid with other promotions

- Book early to get your preferred travelling date confirmed

- Ferry departs: 7:30AM @ Harbour Front Terminal, pick up from hotel to ferry terminal on return is fixed at 1200HRS

- City tour will be on the first day, second day will be free and easy

- Management reserves the right to amend terms and conditions and itinerary without prior notice

- Package pricing excludes:

Passenger Departure Fee & Fuel surcharge of $20/pax (Payable at Ferry Terminal in Singapore) 

Batam Terminal Fee of S$7/pax and Guide/Driver Tipping at S$2 (Collected by Local Guide upon Meet & Greet service)

Personal Insurance, Room Service, Optional Tours, Porterage Fee, Visa Fee and all expenses of a purely personal basis

- Emails with no attached E-Voucher or incomplete details will not be processed

- Strictly no cancellation

- Amendments after confirmation are subject to admin charges

- Not valid with other promotions

- Printed e-vouchers MUST be presented upon redemption

- Additional rates are payable to Exclusive Tours & Travel Pte Ltd

Extension + Breakfast (Per Person): SGL: S$70/pax / TWN/TRP: S$35/pax / CWB: S$35/pax / CNB: S$15/pax / INF: FOC

Valid for stay on weekends and school holidays with no surcharge

- Rp50,000 Shopping Cash Voucher for First Factory Outlet usage only with min. spending of Rp250,000

- All vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and not refundable if unused

- Please ensure that passports are valid for at least 6 months from date of travel
